Shanice
Dental Assistant
Shanice comes to us with Dr. Evan Berson, and everyone calls her Neicy. She loves every bit of dental assisting! A graduate of Ridley High School, she continued her education at Delaware County Community College, working toward her associate’s degree. Her goal is to transfer to Temple and become a dentist. Over the years, Neicy has also taken over 200 hours of dental continuing education. Her favorite part of working in our office is interaction with our patients so they are relaxed in the dental chair. She loves to see their satisfied smiles when we have transformed their mouths into beautiful smiles. Neicy has a huge family and is very close to them. Summertime finds her traveling and camping outdoors. Her goal is to travel around the world and experience other cultures. Neicy tells people “Dental health is life because everyone deserves to smile!”

Carroll
Dental Hygienist
Carroll is board certified in dental hygiene and stays current on all procedures and periodontal issues. In addition, she strives to stay abreast with the latest advances in technology by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars.
Carroll graduated from Montgomery County Community College with her Dental Hygiene Degree and received her Bachelor’s Degree from West Chester University. Recently she was accredited as a Public Health Dental hygienist. A public health dental hygienist is a practicing registered hygienist who may perform hygiene procedures in a public health setting on non-ambulatory patients.
While usually dental hygienists must be supervised and work in a dentist’s office, public health practitioners are licensed to work unsupervised. She has been a dental hygienist for over 20 years and involved in dentistry for over 30 years.
Gina
Dental Hygienist
Gina is board certified in dental hygiene and stays current on all procedures and periodontal issues. In addition, she strives to stay abreast with the latest advances in technology by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars.
Gina graduated with her Dental Hygiene Degree from Temple University and has been a dental hygienist for over 32 years.
Leanne
Dental Hygienist
Leanne is a Registered Dental Hygienist licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Her goal is to make patients feel comfortable during their appointments while also educating them on the importance of oral health care. To stay current on all procedures and periodontal issues, she regularly attends continuing education courses and seminars. Leanne is licensed in administering local anesthesia and also has her Public Health Dental Hygiene Practitioner license, allowing her to perform educational, preventative, and therapeutic oral procedures for her patients.
Leanne has been in dentistry for the last 7 years. She graduated with her Associate in Dental Hygiene from Manor College, where she won the Hollister Award and was a part of the Phi Theta Kappa honors society.She also received her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene: Health Policy and Administration from Pennsylvania College of Technology and was awarded Summa Cum Laude at graduation.
When Leanne is not working in dentistry, she loves to spend time with her husband, family, friends, and furbabies (Bailey, dog & Earl, cat). She enjoys reading all types of genres and exploring the outdoors. She recently has picked up the hobby of bird watching. And when time allows, she loves to travel to new places she has never been before.
Alicia
Dental Hygienist
Alicia is a licensed, board certified Dental Hygienist in Pennsylvania. She completes continuing education courses to stay up to date on the newest dental technology, periodontal procedures and hygiene protocol. Her goal as a Hygienist is to create a safe and educational space for her patients to discuss their oral health status.
Alicia obtained her dental hygiene degree in 2020 from Harcum College. Prior to hygiene school, Alicia attended Delaware County Community College, where she obtained her first degree in Science for Health Professions. At both institutions, she was an active member of an international honor society named Phi Theta Kappa. Since graduating in 2020, Alicia started working in Pediatric dentistry and then moved to general dentistry.
In her free time, she enjoys playing with her two rescue cats and dreams of starting an animal rescue of her own someday. She is also a houseplant enthusiast with a goal of having her own greenhouse within the next 5 years. She wants to visit the U.S. National Parks and spend more time in nature. Her last trip was to Shenandoah National Park, where she hiked/ climbed Old Rag Mountain.
Gabrielle
Dental Hygienist
Gabrielle is a registered dental hygienist in Pennsylvania. She loves educating her patients on the importance of their oral health and showing them new tricks and tips. Gabrielle obtained her dental hygiene degree in 2024 from Harcum college. She obtained deans list throughout the program. During school she assisted at another general office and a pediatric office. During her free time she enjoys baking, visiting new places and spending time with friends, family, and her cat and dog (Marbles and Petey).
Mindy
Dental Hygienist
Mindy has wanted to be a dental hygienist since she was 12 years old! She is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Dental Hygiene program, where she received not only her RDH degree, but also advanced training in periodontics and expanded functions dental assisting. Over the years, she has continued her training with over 1000 hours of continuing education. Mindy grew up and still lives in a multigenerational family spanning four generations. Her passions – besides her two sons, Noah and Myles – are great restaurants, cooking recipes, movies, travel, and canasta. She loves to teach her patients how to keep their mouths healthy for a life time and likes to say she is the “Physical Therapist for Your Mouth”!
