Office Manager

Donna joined our office in May 2026, with over 2 decades of experience in the dental field. Donna is dedicated to ensuring every patient feels welcome and informed from the time they walk through our door. Donna has a strong understanding of both clinical procedures and front office administration. She enjoys helping patients navigate their dental insurance benefits and treatment plans with ease and assurance.

Outside of the office, Donna enjoys, reading, traveling and spending quality time with her family. She is the proud mother of 3 children and 3 grandchildren.


Kate

Appointment Coordinator

Kate is our appointment coordinator. She will most likely be the first contact you will have with our office. Kate is well versed in all dental procedures we perform and can help you with all your scheduling needs. As the newest member of our team, she is a welcome addition.

Appointment Coordinator

Tracy is our new Appointment Coordinator and has worked in the dental field for over 20 years. She is always ready with a smile to help with scheduling, answering questions and verifying your insurance benefits, to insure a smooth visit.

In her free time Tracy enjoys spending time with her children, especially at her daughter’s cheerleading competitions and her son’s lacrosse and basketball games.


Desiree

Appointment Coordinator

Desiree joined our Main Line Family team in 2023 as an Appointment Coordinator, bringing her valuable background in the customer service industry to the dental world. Her passion for helping people, and professionalism, creates a warm, welcoming environment for patients to feel comfortable and well informed. Desiree intends to grow in the dental field, with business management as her focus.

In her spare time, she loves spending time with her family and friends. She also likes to read, bake, and take beach vacations. Desiree is passionate about art and music, but mostly her young son, Robert.

Dental Assistant

Elly is an EXPANDED FUNCTION dental assistant (EFDAs), capable of specialized skills that enable her to assist the dentists. She helps the doctors deliver the best dentistry possible in the most expeditious manner. Superior patient care and comfort is her primary goal.


 

Shanice

Dental Assistant

Shanice comes to us with Dr. Evan Berson, and everyone calls her Neicy. She loves every bit of dental assisting! A graduate of Ridley High School, she continued her education at Delaware County Community College, working toward her associate’s degree. Her goal is to transfer to Temple and become a dentist. Over the years, Neicy has also taken over 200 hours of dental continuing education. Her favorite part of working in our office is interaction with our patients so they are relaxed in the dental chair. She loves to see their satisfied smiles when we have transformed their mouths into beautiful smiles. Neicy has a huge family and is very close to them. Summertime finds her traveling and camping outdoors. Her goal is to travel around the world and experience other cultures. Neicy tells people “Dental health is life because everyone deserves to smile!”


Dental Hygienists

Carroll

Dental Hygienist

Carroll is board certified in dental hygiene and stays current on all procedures and periodontal issues. In addition, she strives to stay abreast with the latest advances in technology by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars.

Carroll graduated from Montgomery County Community College with her Dental Hygiene Degree and received her Bachelor’s Degree from West Chester University. Recently she was accredited as a Public Health Dental hygienist. A public health dental hygienist is a practicing registered hygienist who may perform hygiene procedures in a public health setting on non-ambulatory patients.

While usually dental hygienists must be supervised and work in a dentist’s office, public health practitioners are licensed to work unsupervised. She has been a dental hygienist for over 20 years and involved in dentistry for over 30 years.


Gina

Dental Hygienist

Gina is board certified in dental hygiene and stays current on all procedures and periodontal issues. In addition, she strives to stay abreast with the latest advances in technology by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars.

Gina graduated with her Dental Hygiene Degree from Temple University and has been a dental hygienist for over 32 years.

Dental Hygienist

Alicia is a licensed, board certified Dental Hygienist in Pennsylvania. She completes continuing education courses to stay up to date on the newest dental technology, periodontal procedures and hygiene protocol. Her goal as a Hygienist is to create a safe and educational space for her patients to discuss their oral health status.

Alicia obtained her dental hygiene degree in 2020 from Harcum College. Prior to hygiene school, Alicia attended Delaware County Community College, where she obtained her first degree in Science for Health Professions. At both institutions, she was an active member of an international honor society named Phi Theta Kappa. Since graduating in 2020, Alicia started working in Pediatric dentistry and then moved to general dentistry.

In her free time, she enjoys playing with her two rescue cats and dreams of starting an animal rescue of her own someday. She is also a houseplant enthusiast with a goal of having her own greenhouse within the next 5 years. She wants to visit the U.S. National Parks and spend more time in nature. Her last trip was to Shenandoah National Park, where she hiked/ climbed Old Rag Mountain.


Gabrielle

Dental Hygienist

Gabrielle is a registered dental hygienist in Pennsylvania. She loves educating her patients on the importance of their oral health and showing them new tricks and tips. Gabrielle obtained her dental hygiene degree in 2024 from Harcum college. She obtained deans list throughout the program. During school she assisted at another general office and a pediatric office. During her free time she enjoys baking, visiting new places and spending time with friends, family, and her cat and dog (Marbles and Petey).


Mindy

Dental Hygienist

Mindy has wanted to be a dental hygienist since she was 12 years old! She is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Dental Hygiene program, where she received not only her RDH degree, but also advanced training in periodontics and expanded functions dental assisting. Over the years, she has continued her training with over 1000 hours of continuing education. Mindy grew up and still lives in a multigenerational family spanning four generations. Her passions – besides her two sons, Noah and Myles – are great restaurants, cooking recipes, movies, travel, and canasta. She loves to teach her patients how to keep their mouths healthy for a life time and likes to say she is the “Physical Therapist for Your Mouth”!


Jayden, RDHJayden

Dental Hygienist

Jayden is a graduate from the Montgomery County Community College Dental Hygiene Program, Jayden is excited to utilize her education and help people maintain their oral health. A 4x Dean’s List student, Jayden is passionate about kind and compassionate dental care. She is also excited to follow in her Grandmother’s footsteps, she is also a graduate from MCCC’s Dental Hygiene Program!

In her spare time, Jayden enjoys spending time with her wife, two cats, and tortoise. She loves going to concerts and festivals, exploring botanical gardens, and reading novels.
