- Due to upcoming renovations planned by are current landlord, our lease will not be renewed and we must relocate.
- Will Dr. Berson and Mindy be at the new location?
- Absolutely! Dr. Berson and Mindy will continue seeing you for your dental care! They plan to be in the new office location two days a week.
- Will you still file my insurance claims for me?
- Of course! We will still file your insurance claims on your behalf.
- Will there be any changes to my upcoming appointments?
- Dr. Berson and Mindy will still be your dentist and hygienist, so there will be no change to who treats you. If you have a scheduled appointment, we will reach out to you in the coming months if we need to change the timing of your appointment for any reason.
- Will my dental records automatically transfer to the new location?
- Yes, we will bring your dental records to the new location. We may ask for some updated health history information as we integrate into a new software, but we will have access to your x-rays, dental history, and account information.
- How will this move impact my treatment plan or ongoing procedures?
- We will continue to offer all of the same services we always have, but in a more modern and spacious location!
- Can I receive care at the current location up until you move?
- Yes, we will still be seeing patients in our current location up until we move.
